The Interface is a collaborative space for creative businesses and individuals to connect and grow. Founded on a genuine love of collaboration and a belief that creativity thrives through community and interaction, this is a space where interference is embraced, outputs are improved through input and different perspectives collide to unpredictable effect.
The seed of the identity was this concept of different points of view colliding, different perspectives overlapping and producing work greater than the sum of their parts. The basis of the identity couldn't be simpler; black, white, a monospaced typeface and lines of different weights and frequencies.
Yet from this simplicity emerges a complex, striking and infinitely-evolving visual language that echoes the interference patterns produced by the famous double slit experiment in physics; quantum mechanical strangeness used as an allegory for the ever-mysterious and unpredictable process of creative collaboration.
